Our Promise
Cherokee Trading Post & Boot Outlet promises to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return any new and unused merchandise with a receipt within 60 days

Returns
Products to be returned must show no evidence of wear and must be returned with all original tags. To ensure your boots don't show any signs of wear, walk only on carpeted areas until you’re sure of a proper fit. Avoid any hard flooring as it may scuff boot soles.
Products must be returned with the original packaging (boot box, etc.) and be placed in the original shipping box (or similar). Boot boxes may not be returned with any tape or shipping labels. Doing so will result in a restocking fee.
Items must be returned within 60 days of the date received.
Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
Allow up to five business days for your return to be processed, starting when your item is received in our warehouse. Refunds will be processed accordingly.

Sales Tax
We only collect sales tax on purchases shipped to Oklahoma addresses. Sales tax rates are subject to change.
Shipping Costs
Your online order statement will include a shipping charge calculation based on the actual weight of the total order. We ship only within the United States by USPS mail.
Delivery
We ship our merchandise daily, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Note that we may collect personally identifiable information on our server logs from your browser, including IP address, cookie information, and visited pages. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
